As an employee of Pro Image Solutions it's likely that you will have questions concerning your employment. To assist in answering those questions you may have, please see the information below.

If you still have questions, please contact your Pro Image Solutions Human Resource Manager at (407) 774-4884.

Communication
How are assignments given?
Communication is very important. You must call Pro Image Solutions Availability Line once a week at 407-332-4500 (North office) or 407-207-5627 (South office). Employees that call in weekly will be given first priority when an assignment comes available.

Must I accept every assignments offered?
Never feel obligated to accept an assignment you may not be able to complete. Failure to do so may be grounds for dismissal or an indication you have quit voluntarily and unemployment benefits may be denied. All offices have a phone answering machine for this purpose. Notify your H.R. Manager immediately when completing an assignment. Failure to do so could be considered a voluntary quit and may effect your unemployment benefits.

What if I don't like the assignment after I start?
It is necessary for you to complete every shift you are assigned to work. Failure to do so will result in lost pay for that day. Never walk off an assignment before your shift is completed. If you do it will be considered you voluntarily quit.

If you are unhappy with your assignment, please complete your shift and notify the Pro Image Solutions H.R. Manager so we can replace you and attempt to find you another assignment.

What do I do when an assignment ends?
You are to contact a Pro Image Solutions representative immediately after completing the assignment to discuss another assignment, and failure to do so, may be considerd a voluntary resignation. Failure to comply may result in denial of unemployment benefits.

What if I get sick?
When you are ill, you must contact Pro Image Solutions every day you are unable to report to your assignment. Failure to do so will be considered a "No Call, No Show".  Excessive absences and tardiness will not be tolerated and will be grounds for termination which could effect your unemployment benefits.

What does "No Call, No Show" mean?
If for any reason you are unable to make it to your assignment, and you do not call Pro Image Solutions at least one hour before your assignment, you may be terminated.

What if I move?
Notify Pro Image Solutions immediately if you should have any phone number or address changes.

When is it appropriate to call the supervisor at my assignment?
Unless instructed by Pro Image Solutions, never contact the client you are assigned to. Any questions or problems should be discussed immediately with your employer – Pro Image Solutions.

Drug & Alcohol Testing
What if I refuse a drug test?
All Pro Image employees must agree to random screening. Failure to do so is grounds for immediate termination and may be interpreted as an admission of being under the influence of a controlled substance and/or alcohol.

I was injured at work. Why do I have to have a drug test?
Without exception, you must submit to a post-accident screening within two hours of a work- related injury. Failure to do so will release Pro Image Solutions of any medical or no medical responsibilities to you as an employee.

Additional testing for substance abuse confirmation will cost $30.00, and will be deducted from your paycheck if you test positive for being under the influence of a controlled substance and/or alcohol.

Safety
What if I get hurt?
In case of an accident, notify the client supervisor and Pro Image Solutions immediately. Pro Image Solutions will then provide directions for obtaining medical treatment. Non-approved, non-emergency medical treatment may be your responsibility.

We will do everything we can to return you to work within the doctors prescribed limitations if modified duty is required. Injuries that prohibit you from returning to an assignment will result in lost pay for up to seven (7) days based on State Insurance Statutes.

What happens after I go to the doctor?
If you are injured on assignment, you must physically report to the Pro Image Solutions office immediately after approved treatment. If treatment extends beyond office hours, report the following business day by 8:00 am. Accidents occurring on weekends should be called into the Pro Image Solutions Office and followed up by 8 am Monday morning.

What if the doctor says I can't continue my assignment or that I need modified duty?

Our Company has a “Modified Duty Program.” If you are unable to return to your regular duties, we will offer you work within the restrictions outlined by your physician.

Timesheets and Pay
How do I sign up to get paid and/or make changes?
We provide our employees a benefit that will save you time every week. You have a choice of direct deposit into a checking account, savings account, or a PayCard account and your money will be automatically deposited into that account every Friday online. We do not issue paper payroll checks. Paydays are the Friday following the previous week worked.

When you filled out your application there was a form asking you to elect which way you would like to receive your pay each week. Based on that information, that is how you will be paid until you request a change. To make changes to your direct deposit, just call the Pro Image Solutions office or come by and fill out a short form to authorize us to make that change to a different account. For checking accounts, we will need a voided copy of a check to get all the numbers required.

How will I get paid?
You are responsible for turning time sheets into the client. The client will fax your time sheets to our office, but you are still responsible for your hours. Pro Image Solutions cannot issue your paycheck unless your client supervisor signs your time sheet.

Note: All time sheets must be in the Pro Image Solutions office by noon on Monday to be paid on Friday. Late time sheets will be paid the following Friday.

I'm a little short this week...?
Pro Image does not provide payroll advances.

Can I download a blank time sheet?
Yes. To download an Adobe PDF version of our time sheet please click here.

When do I get paid?
Direct payroll deposits are made from the Pro Image Solutions office Thursday night and should be posted to your account every Friday afternoon, no earlier.

Totaling Up Your Hours
How do I total my hours on my timesheet?
On Friday, or the last day of your assignment, total the hours you worked each day and enter that figure in the appropriate box on your time sheet. Your time should be rounded to the nearest quarter hour.

What happens if I need to work overtime?
If you are required to work overtime on any assignment, you will be paid at 1.5 times your normal hourly wage for the overtime hours.
